My work focuses by placing the user’s needs at the center of the challenge using human-centered design, user research, and participatory design processes. I consider myself as a determinate, passionate, and empathetic person ready for exploring new challenges. I have experience working in project-teams, as well as independently for a variety of clients in visual design and design research.
Together with Max Frischknecht, Robert Lzicar and me, Karla has relaunched the website for the MA Design program at Bern University of the Arts HKB. She was responsible for transferring the content and quickly was able to take on tasks independently. She contributed to meetings that dealt with important design decisions and user-friendliness. Karla was reliable and efficient. I look forward to our next collaboration!

It was a joy to work with Karla on a service design project in 2021. Karla was very quick to familiarize herself with the topic and team. She didn't shy away from exploring different ideas and elaborate illustrations, created our online co-creation canvases and eventually designed a compelling journey map. I enjoyed her calm, curious and light hearted nature, she thinks out of the box, while staying focused!
